Many individuals use the Cold Water Extraction Hydrocodone Method to separate the acetaminophen from the hydrocodone. Cold Water Extraction (also called CWE for short) is the process whereby a substance is extracted from a mixture via cold water. I took four generic Vicodin pills (10mg hydrocodone + 660mg acetaminophen) and did the cold water extraction process. When I was done, I was left with a beaker of ice-cold water containing somewhere between 30 and 40mg of Vicodin and considerably less than 660mg of acetaminophen for a total volume of about 50ml (about an ounce). I placed the beaker in a hot-water bath for about ten minutes to. Not gonna want to snort it. The tylenol just clogs your nose up. It's a waste and uncomfortable. I'd just google CWE Hydrocodone. Find a guide that's easy for you to follow/has the items that are at your home. The only way this can be done safely, is by a simple cold water extraction & removing the water. the 10(10mg hydrocodone) and the 325 is 325mg acetaminophen. and the rest is fillers. Only a small fraction of the snorted material goes towards your high, and the rest goes towards destroying your body. [Legal] *side note in reference to legality: Cold water extraction is used legally and recommended for people with liver problems who can die from the extras put in painkillers such as Vicodin or Tylenol 3 if using higher doses; hence how I ended up here because I had no idea what cold water extraction was. Hydrocodone can be extracted from combination pills containing APAP via a cold water extraction. While it is relatively simple to extract the APAP, if it is done incorrectly it can lead to a massive overdose of acetaminophen, and so needs to be done carefully and with caution no matter how experienced a user is. Is it possible to perform a cold-water extraction and then insufflate (snort) or smoke the resulting powder after drying it? No, hydrocodone functions as a prodrug and must be taken orally. You can drink some white grapefruit juice before dosing and that should help with potentiation. Swallow. Never snort hydrocodone because it is always mixed with something that will clog up your nose. If you are lucky you might be able to get Vicprofen™ which is 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 200 mg of ibuprofen. Please do not try this, even if you have the best hydrocodone pills you can get (10-300 at the moment) it would not be worth it to snort them. Just take them, bite them in half if you want, or do a cold water extraction.
